ORDERING & SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS HOW TO ORDER
Order carefully. We are happy to answer any questions you might have. Order by number or description. Please include color and/or size where applicable.
All orders must be paid when the order is placed. We accept VISA, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. If you pay by personal check, orders will not be shipped until check has been received and paid by bank.
If you find the merchandise defective in any way, or if you are disappointed with quality or fit, return it within 30 days in the condition in which it was received for refund or exchange. Custom made items are not returnable or refundable unless workmanship is defective. (DELIVERY CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE.) Enclose with the merchandise your original invoice (not a copy). We Ship Fast, usually within 24-48 hours on products in stock. Custom orders take longer. We will let you know approximately when your order will be shipped. We ship most orders via UPS ground service. This requires a street address. Actual UPS rates will be charged. If you have a post office box, please specify delivery by Parcel Post. Always include your daytime and evening phone numbers when ordering.
EXPRESS SHIPPING IS available upon request, call for prices. C.O.D. shipments - add $6.75 per package. Ground only. Must be paid by money order or certified check.
